What is your shipping policy for airsoft replicas?
We ship all airsoft guns via ground transport to the lower 48 states. Please note that all replicas are shipped with federally mandated orange tips to comply with safety regulations.
Do you offer a warranty on airsoft guns and gear?
Yes, most of our replicas come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Custom-built or upgraded internal components may have specific warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.
Are there age restrictions for purchasing from Minnesota Airsoft?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase airsoft guns or pyrotechnics. Customers under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase on their behalf.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that high-wear items like BBs, gas, and batteries are non-returnable once opened.
Do you provide repair or upgrade services?
Our in-house tech department specializes in AEG and GBB repairs, shim jobs, and performance upgrades. You can drop off your gear at our retail location or mail it in after contacting our support team.
Is local pickup available for Minnesota residents?
Absolutely! You can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order from our Twin Cities warehouse and avoid shipping fees.
