At Minnesota Airsoft, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and orange safety tips are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our Minnesota facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
